About Adds Up
Bookkeeping and Accounts Services
Handing over personal and sensitive business information can be daunting, I understand, so allow me to introduce myself. I’m named after Jane’s Austen’s Emma (Woodhouse) but have always been known as Louise. I qualified and worked as a secondary science teacher, but found myself teaching maths in and out of school. I also owned my own property development business, so I understand that your business is not only your livelihood, it’s your baby.
After the birth of my son…
I became an expert on Autism Spectrum Disorders, now he’s at an age where he’s the expert and I just offer guidance; freeing me to re-train. I enrolled with IDEAL Schools for the ICB career path and have never looked back. I love love love the logic and the maths involved.
I am very proud to now also be working for Ideal Schools as a Taxation Tutor
I am registered and regulated by The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
Practice number 18586.
I also hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Practice License
I obtained my ICB Practice License in September 2017 and started practising whilst continuing my qualifications.
This has shown me that my passions not only lie in the numbers but in going above and beyond in supporting my clients to grow and succeed. I am passionate about helping businesses understand their accounts and use the information to make informed business decisions in real time, not after Year End.

Meet Tori Morris
Adds Up Administration Support
My name is Tori Morris, I am currently the Adds Up Administration Support to Louise and the clients in the practice, and training to become an ICB Bookkeeper.
After completing my degree at Aberystwyth University, I started my career in Pharmaceutical and Medical sales. However, after having my two children, I decided I needed a better work life balance, so I became an Office Administrator.
Louise was my friend before she became my boss, we met 9 years ago, through our boys who they are the same age, and have been friends since starting school. I confided in Louise about wanting a new challenge, my children were getting older and didn’t need me as much anymore. Louise gave me great advice – she said, “train to be an ICB Bookkeeper and come and work for me”.
So, I did! I have completed my ICB Level II Certificate in Bookkeeping (Manual & Computerised) and I am currently studying for my ICB Level III Certificate in Bookkeeping & Accounting. While I’m completing my studies, I am working for Louise in the Administration role, getting amazing on the job training and invaluable experience.
